Spring Forward: A Mindful Reset for DOPE Moms

Hey DOPE Mom!

Spring is a time for renewal, growth, and fresh energy. Just like we declutter our homes, it’s time to declutter our minds and reset with intention. This month, we’re focusing on mindfulness, clarity, and stepping into this new season with purpose.

Spring Clean Your Mind & Energy

Just like we don't play about our homes, we're going to have that same energy for our mind.  So, before you jump into new goals, take a moment to clear out the mental clutter.  Ask yourself:

- What’s been draining me emotionally or mentally?
- What habits or thoughts no longer serve me?
- What do I want to feel more of this season?

After 8 Reflection Ritual

Take 10 minutes tonight to sit in stillness, journal your thoughts, and set a mindful intention for the season ahead. Your peace matters just as much as your productivity!

Mindful Intention - a positive action-oriented goal that helps you focus on the present moment and align with your values.

Here are a few examples of mindful intentions: practicing gratitude, self-expression, choosing joy, self-care, establishing boundaries.

3 Simple Mindfulness Practices for Busy Moms

1. Breathe with Intention: Take 3 deep breaths before starting any new task. This helps ground your energy.
2. Slow Down & Be Present: Whether it’s sipping your coffee or playing with your kids, fully experience the moment without distraction.
3. Daily Gratitude Check-In: At the end of the day, ask yourself: What’s one thing I appreciated today?

Your March Reset Challenge

-Choose one thing to release this month (self-doubt, overcommitment, comparison).
-Set an intention for how you want to feel.
-Reply and share—What’s one mindful habit you’re bringing into spring? I’d love to hear from you!

With love,
Marquita
